Got two minutes to kill? Walk through the process of making coconut oil (Filipino style!) with these lovely photos from the beach in Sibaltan, Palawan. All you need is a machete, a grater, a pan, a strainer and two coconuts!

Special thanks to April and Dennis of Ursula Beach Club for putting on this little coconut oil demo for us. Visit their family-run resort in Sibaltan, Palawan for real Filipino cooking and hospitality.
